Standard Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days of when the item was received.
  • Only items that have been purchased directly from can be returned to Hydra Pearl. Products sold through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective refund policy.
  • Please make sure that the item you are returning is repackaged in the original packaging.
  • Hydra Pearl will refund you the amount spent on the returned items.

How to Return an Item

  • Email us at with the order number and the item(s) you would like to return.
  • A Hydra Pearl web store customer service representative will contact you via email with instructions regarding your return.
  • As a courtesy, Hydra Pearl may provide a pre-paid label for you to ship back the products.


  • Once your return package is delivered, a refund for the item(s) purchased will be initiated using your original payment method.
  • If your purchase was part of a bundle or other promotion, your refund amount will be recalculated proportinally.
  • If you paid by credit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank after we receive the returned item, or your cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
  • If purchased via other payment methods, such as PayPal or Amazon Pay, a credit will be issued to your account. The availability of the returned funds depends on the policies of the payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Items ordered online from Hydra Pearl that arrived damaged or are incorrect can be returned to Hydra Pearl by emailing, or by contacting Customer Service at 573-818-1132. Web Store Customer Service is available Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Central Standard Time.
